I lived the typical 20-something lifestyle: 25 pounds overweight, a face full of makeup to cover my acne, working 24-7 (hello, stress eating and cravings!). I pretended to keep it together, but I was frustrated that I’d let things get this far. I used nutrition to clear acne, lose and keep off excess weight and balance my hormones!
