Hi! I'm Lauren, an integrative nutrition health coach in Atlanta, Georgia. Welcome to the judge-free zone, where health is personalized, sustainable and YES - fun!

I lived the typical 20-something lifestyle: 25 pounds overweight, a face full of makeup to cover my acne, working 24-7 (hello, stress eating and cravings!). I pretended to keep it together, but I was frustrated that I’d let things get this far. I used nutrition to clear acne, lose and keep off excess weight and balance my hormones!

Fast forward… I’m helping women learn how to eat real food, lose weight, have a great relationship with food, reach optimal hormone health, and take back control of your happiness!

I coach clients in the metro Atlanta area and also work virtually with clients who are out of state.
